STL Part II

The next morning, before we headed back to P town, we thought we would get our energy out at Grants Farm. We love that place and it was perfect to get some fresh air. It was also their last day of the season so that was fun. I have many more pics of this on my old computer of course.

American Girl STL Trip

One summer afternoon a couple of us crazy mothers decided it would be fun to check out the new AG store that was opening in STL. It would be so much closer and cheaper than going to Chicago. So we planned our weekend for the first weekend in November and off we went. It was a pretty small store and we had a pretty big group, but they didn't seem to mind much. After shopping in the store and a snack in the café, we headed to the hotel for swimming for the rest of the night.

Halloween 2012

Just a couple of pictures from my phone from Halloween. Pretty low key this year, just Lilly the angel came to trick or treat with us. For memory's sake. Kenz had a super cute custom made mermaid costume that she had to have. Until she talked daddy into one of the cheap tacky velour things. It's okay, she was happy!
Kenzee's class always takes a trip to Rader Farm in the fall. It's a charming little place with pumpkins, petting zoo, crafts, foods, games, and activities. The kids love it and the parents are always ready to head home.

Walk for rememberance and hope

It was a VERY crisp, cool morning for the Walk for rememberance and hope. It's a fairly new event so it's still pretty small. There were many little elements that made it special, but most of all when my family surprised me. I can't believe they came all the way here to be with me for this day. Well, actually, I can, they are all pretty amazing.
watching all the riders leave for the St Jude Ride to Memphis Kenz & I on our date while daddy & sissy were already in Memphis. Me finally getting to Memphis, not a fun drive by your self, So neat coming over the bridge for the first time though!

Morton Pumpkin Festival

We took Kenz & Haylee to the pumpkin fest this fall, beautiful weather = too many people. We spent our tix and got out of there. The next day we went to Cherry Berry for their first time.
