November miscellany
STL Part II
American Girl STL Trip
One summer afternoon a couple of us crazy mothers decided it would be fun to check out the new AG store that was opening in STL. It would be so much closer and cheaper than going to Chicago. So we planned our weekend for the first weekend in November and off we went. It was a pretty small store and we had a pretty big group, but they didn't seem to mind much. After shopping in the store and a snack in the café, we headed to the hotel for swimming for the rest of the night.
Halloween 2012
Just a couple of pictures from my phone from Halloween. Pretty low key this year, just Lilly the angel came to trick or treat with us.
For memory's sake. Kenz had a super cute custom made mermaid costume that she had to have. Until she talked daddy into one of the cheap tacky velour things. It's okay, she was happy!
Walk for rememberance and hope
It was a VERY crisp, cool morning for the Walk for rememberance and hope. It's a fairly new event so it's still pretty small. There were many little elements that made it special, but most of all when my family surprised me. I can't believe they came all the way here to be with me for this day. Well, actually, I can, they are all pretty amazing.
