Back yard photo shoot with the new dogs

Kenz decided she wanted a backyard photo shoot with our two new dogs, Cooper and Prince, for her Christmas cards. I just let her run around and play while I snapped some fun action shots.

PND Dance Clinic

Notre Dame dance team held a dance clinic one morning and then they performed the routine at a basketball game. Kenz and one of her friends attended and had a fun time.

November mass and Veteran's Day at school

Kenz had two exciting events at school in November. First was doing a reading at the all school mass. She did a great job! Next was the Veteran's Day breakfast that the student council puts on every year. This year we invited Grandpa Bob & Grandma Vi. They did a great job at honoring all of the Veterans.

We headed to Mattoon in September to celebrate Adam & Sarah's marriage. Always a good time!

1st Day of First Grade

Sassy much?

The last birthday celebration was a girls weekend in Chicago with American girl, Navy Pier, and Lincoln Park Zoo on the agenda. First stop was a birthday lunch at American Girl.




Then we headed to Navy Pier for some rides and sightseeing.




After that we headed back to the hotel, went across the street to the "Rock & Roll" McDonalds. They thought that was super cool with the escalator inside. We got back in time to do a little bit of swimming and then get ready for bed.

The next morning we were up early to catch a cab to the zoo before we headed back home.
