Fall fun

We had a little get together on Saturday with friends, new and old. We had a great time and thank goodness we had a photographer on hand cause I failed to even get my camera out. Way too much goin on, my ADD was in full effect. The kids did "bobbing for donuts" which they loved, but we had a blast watching them too!

It's official

She's a big girl! We moved Kenzee to a big girl bed yesterday, she looks so tiny in it!

Bowling and a party

Just a couple pics from Kenz's first time bowling and a party we went to this weekend.

Helpin a friend out

Anybody reading knows the story of Beth and her family. Also, many of you have donated in some way to her. I am excited to tell you that last week Beth, Ron, Ty, and Mary (her mom) were able to take a week long trip to Florida. They were able to go to the beach, Disney, Magic Kingdom, and many more places. I am also very excited that we were able to help them in yet another way! While they were gone we did a "home makeover" for them. The number of people that worked together for that week was amazing! So many people love this girl and her family! We painted, cleaned, organized, cooked, ripped awnings off, did yardwork, decorated, and so many other things! This has allowed Beth to relax and spend time being with her family. Thanks to everyone involved!

St Phils Fall Fest

Every year Kenzee and I go to the St Phils fall fest. She rode her first rides here when she was one! This year Kenz woke up with a fever of 104 on the day we were to go. She continued with the fever and no other symptoms, I took her to the Dr Friday and they gave us some antibiotics. Saturday night I thought she was feeling better and it was the last night of the festival, which i kept promising her we would go to. So we headed out that night for a quick round of games and rides. 2 more days of fever and coughing and we headed back to the dr and then on to the hospital for a round of tests. It ended up she had pneumonia and they switched her antibiotics and she is now on the mend! Anyway here are the ride pics~

We can't forget

Court's 21st birthday! Chad and I met Court and her friends at PI for her first (legal) drink. From there, they were off for the night downtown.

Walking with hope for Katie!

The next day Kenzee and I joined Brian, Gina, Katie and family, Beth and family, Grandma Moni, Grandpa Chuck and Mathew for the MS walk. It could not have been a more perfect day.

Really?

It's October already? This has been one crazy month already. It looks like i have to go all the way back to September to catch up. We'll see what I remember. I believe it was 3 or 4 weeks ago that Court was home as well as Katie, Beth, and their families. It's not often that we get all of our families together at the same time, so this was a great opportunity for all of us to catch up. We went to Tanner's on a perfect Saturday morning for some good play time, snacking, and of course apples too!Even CayCay was able to join in the fun.
